Department of Construction Technology (COT)
Our main objective is to prepare & send qualified students to civil engineering-related industries
The Department of Construction Technology trains students to become experts in the supervision of construction work in Civil Engineering. Through the course of study, prospective students are made competent to conduct field investigations, surveys and tests required for feasibility studies and smooth operation for construction work. They are also enabled to supervise construction activities for buildings, roads, bridges, etc.
The department offers in NVQ Level 4 specialization for Construction Site Supervisor and NVQ Levels 5 and 6 in Construction Technology.
Lecturers and instructors of the Construction Technology Department are committed to engage with students in the best training schedules in modern workshops of construction work for practical and theoretical sessions.
Successful students have secured positions with industry giants and reputed construction companies.
